BAIBA DHIDHA MJIDHO Director
As an experienced executive with over 30 years of management in various capacities with Van Leer East Africa Ltd, Baiba is committed to his work. His managerial career has him taken across Africa and Europe. He has worked in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt, Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK. Passionate about empowering societies most marginalised, excluded and disadvantaged, Baiba works to improve their lives through humanitarian and economic development work. As well as being the Director of Seeds of Possibilities, Baiba is proud to be the Managing Director and CEO of Gateway & Partners and Director of Mbvoni Company Ltd.
TONY OBAIGBONA Director
Tony has over 30 years of experience in management and is a veteran of the corporate real estate and engineering industries. He also has invaluable experience in business development and knows the value of digital to business. He has used his skills to help a wide variety of government organisations and corporate entities, including RSLs and engineering projects in the UK. As well as working in the UK, Tony has also been involved with several humanitarian and World Bank-assisted projects across Africa. Some examples of his projects include The National Water Rehabilitation Programme and his work with UTC PLC in Nigeria. He has crucial knowledge of global commodities and oil and gas industries. Tony is also the Technical and Marketing Director of Gateway & Partners, as well as Director of Mbvoni Company Ltd.
PETRONELLE K MOANDA Senior HR and Compliance Manager
Master Studies (Social sciences/ Sociology) – Strategic Leadership and Human Resource Management – Liverpool Hope University Bachelor Degree (BSc Social Sciences / in sociology / Human Behaviour and Resources Management, ● Senior HR and Compliance Manager offering 18 years’ experience Human resources, in leading and implementing policies and practices to maintain a quality workforce plan and processes with the drive to achieve company goal; ●Multilingual and IT literate, with 15 years’ experience in Business resource development and compliance, Operations and events Manager, extensive experience and capability to manage projects and programmes, responding to audits including preparations of correspondences to various stakeholders; ● Community development Manager & Data handler ● Previous experience in coffee Import exports/ in charge of Security Private Charter landing and taking off and private commercial ships.
Alfred Ajayi Salami General Manager
With 34 years of work experience. A highly experienced General Manager with extensive knowledge, expertise and project management across a range of public, private and 3rd sector organisations. Possessing acknowledged commercial acumen and business flair demonstrated through an outstanding record of achievement across the property development portfolio within the public and private housing market sectors. Results oriented and customer focused, with excellent relationship management skills. Able to consistently implement solutions to improve business efficiency, achieved through proven excellence of commercial management activities. Recognised for developing effective partnerships, with ability to rapid understand full business objectives and requirements. Key areas of expertise includes – commercial acumen and value engineering skills, strong commercial negotiation abilities, strategic thinker, operations management, business development, contract management, presentation, communication and influencing skills. Alfred sits on a number of Boards either as a Board member and or Board Chairman.
DANIEL LUTAAYA Marketing/ Branding Manager
Daniel Lutaaya a former sportsman is a graduate from the university of West London with major in media and events management. He has vast experience in marketing/branding which adds value to the foundation . He is a board member whose responsibilities focuses on marketing and business acquisition in the UK and Africa
